This development increases the speed of information dissemination and capacity in communication technologies, increasing the interaction between society and shortens distances. For Example; through communication technologies in the past century to the information beyond the reach of a very rich man, a poor man even today can easily get a very low cost or entity anywhere in the world, even from great distances itself can be found supporters. So political participation plays a crucial role with using communication technologies in the political culture.

            In democracies, participation is related to the foundation of the social order, management and control.
